Founder's Message
We started the business under the brand “Stay to Unwind” chain in the year 2015 with the opening of La Quinta Apartments located in Arpora, North Goa and other homestays at prime locations and with the encouragement of our guests, we are adding new locations in our inventory that are coming soon.
With my education from a premier institute in Hospitality and work experience of over 10 years including at the International location I have been able to utilize best practices for our guests. I have worked with top hospitality brands like Taj, Hyatt, Marriot, The Oberoi, ITC and Carlson. Our USP is to provide tourists and travellers with luxurious, traditional and affordable Service Apartments at exotic locations for their stay in Goa and New Delhi. Thus we provide “Home Away from Home Experience” to our guests.

I choose my stays very carefully after reading a lot of reviews and research and I chose to stay at Manan's apartment with my family during my recent visit to Goa and I would say I chose the best place indeed. The apartment located at a beautiful, green, peaceful residential area very close to the famous night markets, within 5 minutes drive to the beach and surrounded by all required facilities like grocery stores, car/bike rentals etc Though I'm very regular to Goa and I wouldn't have needed any help from the host if I was not stuck during the Covid19 lockdown period, but I'm extremely grateful for all the help and support extended by Manan and his staff for everything that I needed.
